Although this candle looks like a real dessert, it is not suitable for consumption.
What are Golden Hour candles made of?
Each candle is handmade from a blend of high-quality soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and non-toxic ingredients. I craft each piece with meticulous attention to detail, so it looks and smells like a delicious dessert.
Is it safe to burn your candles?
Yes, but please note that these are primarily decorative candles. Due to their dessert-inspired designs (with cream toppings, inserts, and details), they may burn unevenly or leak if not handled properly.
If you decide to light them:
- Trim the wick
- Place the candle in a heat-resistant container.
- Never leave them unattended.
- Keep them away from children, animals and flammable materials.
- Let the candle rest for 14 days to develop its best fragrance.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Since all candles are handmade, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. I will do my best to resolve the issue!
Where do you ship to?
I ship within the EU.
All orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday to avoid shipping delays or damage over the weekend.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on your location and the shipping provider. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Is it okay if my candle looks slightly different than in the photo?
Yes – and that's precisely the charm of handmade items! Each candle is crafted with care, and slight variations in color, toppings, or design are perfectly normal. You receive a unique piece every time.
